Our Covid-19 regulations are as followed, if you could please spare a few minutes to read through.

​

1. In line with the 'new normal', if you are feeling unwell, start to experience covid-19 symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive to covid-19 in the last 14 days prior to your appointment, please do not attend and call us to reschedule for a later date.  

​

1. The salon door will be locked and only opened for pre-booked appointments, we ask that you turn up on time so this does not break distancing rules, unfortunately we cannot offer a waiting area at present.

​

1. We can no longer offer walk-in appointments.

​

1. Appointments must be made over the phone or via email. 

​

1. It is compulsory for you to wear a face mask in the salon for the duration of your treatment*, you will not be able to enter the salon without one. *Some treatments will require you to remove masks but once treatment is complete you will be asked to replace mask while departing the salon. 

​

1. Please attend appointments alone, we are unable to accommodate children.

​

1. You will be asked to wash your hands thoroughly before your treatment.

​

1. For pedicures, we ask for you to bring open toe shoes as we cannot accommodate drying time.

​

1. A strict cancellation policy is in place and charges will be enforced if you fail to turn up for your appointment or do not give 24 hours notice.

​

1. Tinting and Lash lift clients - Due to salon closure allergy tests will be running out of date for majority of clients so we will need to redo these test at least 48hours prior to your next appointment.

​

1. Please bring minimal belongings with you.

We appreciate your cooperation as we adjust to this new normal, guidelines are still unclear and constantly being updated so we may need to make further adjustments but for now we thank you for your patience and understanding and look forward to welcoming you back into Clarimore Beautique.
